Our Mission Statement:
"Preparing each student to succeed in an ever
changing world."
Our district is home to around 945 students. We serve the communities of Lennox, Worthing, and Chancellor. We are a district that has overcome great adversity in the past few years and have been proud of our achievements.
We are NCA accredited K-12. This keeps us consistent in our goals to teach students to the best of our ability.
The Lennox School District 41-4 was established in 1969 when the communities of Chancellor, Lennox, Worthing and the surrounding rural area consolidated.
Reorganized in July of 2003, the district is located in Lincoln, Minnehaha and Turner counties. Our business office is located in Lennox along with our high school and middle school. We operate three elementary schools, one in each community.
Our district also provides supplemental programs.
