Come watch Oklahoma! at the LHS cafetorium November 10-11 at 7PM; doors open at 6:30PM. Admission is free with donations taken at the door.

Our early childhood students practiced trick or treating in the business office.
The 71st annual all-state chorus and orchestra concert was held in Rapid City. This year’s chorus consisted of 924 singers from 142 schools. It’s one of the largest SDHSAA events of the year. Congrats Jensen Hoefert and Elizabeth Rieck, our two 4 year all-state chorus members!
Students from the TATU group presented on the dangers of using drugs during Red Ribbon Week. Thank you for presenting!
It's time for the annual Halloween "Cup Cake Wars" in LHS FACS class!
Mr. Hinker and Mrs. Shade's high school life skills math class came to junior kindergarten. They played number bingo and Pete the Cat bingo. The high school students also helped the junior kindergarten students with their math centers. All had a good time!
Indoor Marching Show!
Join us in celebrating the end of our high school and junior high marching band season. The show starts at 7:00 PM in the HS gym. Tickets are $5.
A fun and successful interp competition at Pierre's Capital City tournament. Maddigan Van Sickle takes 3rd in Nov Humor and Emma Alek Kilene goes straight 1s and takes 1st in Var Poetry.
LHS Art Club and Painting students have completed the plow! Just in time for the first snow!
Fantastic win over Baltic. Lots of highs and lows and finished on a high.
We also celebrated Dani Highum surpassing 750 career kills and 800 + digs.
We also played strong against Sioux Falls Christian. We didn't pull out a win but DID get a game off of them.
Way to go at State Cross Country O's!
Boys finished 10th and girls finished 12th as a team.
The Lennox JH-HS Fall Choral Preview Concert last week sounded great!
Mrs. Terpstra and Mrs. Shade's employment class completed a team building activity. The task was in 20 minutes, teams must build the tallest free-standing structure out of 20 sticks of spaghetti, two marshmallows, one yard of tape, one yard of string, and one marshmallow on top.
Members of the Lennox Fire Department brought the Kids Fire Safety House to Lennox Elementary. Students learned about Fire Safety from the firefighters and were able to crawl through the smoke house after being taught the appropriate way to do so.
The Oriole Pride Marching Band wrangled up 1st place in Class 3A at the Dutchman Field Championships! We also brought home best percussion, best color guard, best general effect, AND the Spirit of the Festival Award! Out of the 25 bands, we scored the 3rd highest overall!
