
Last night was Senior Night at the Nest. Senior Night is always so important to recognize those who have put in hours of work over four years. Nice to come away with a win too (over Parker in three).







Students in Mrs. Havrevold's 6th grade science class used motion detectors to determine the average speed of an object traveling at a predetermined incline. Students were able to graph the speed of the object through the data gathered by the motion detectors.



The Oriole Pride took home 2nd place at Tri-State, as well as best color guard and best drum majors. They also placed 3rd at Big Sioux Review.



Day 2 State Tennis! Playing outdoors, you can find them at Tomar Park, if inside, they will be at Woodlake Greatlife. Go O's!

The house built by students was moved this week. LHS Construction classes are ready to start building in the next one!





State tennis is next week! If you want to watch your Lennox Orioles, come on out to McKennan park and Tomar park next week, Monday and Tuesday. The girls would love your support!

All Lennox Elementary students received a pumpkin thanks to the generous donation from the Aasheim Family. Students were excited and thankful for this gift.




Last Friday Mr. Butha and the Augustana archeology department came and presented to our 6th grade classes.








Students in Mr. Sayler's 5th grade science class are learning about matter by studying Oobleck. Is it a solid, a liquid, or something in between?




Lennox had a great day at Pursuit of Excellence! Bringing home second place in the Gold Class as well as best color guard, best brass, and best general effect!

Continuing our edible project theme today... Welding with icing! Students learned the different welding joints with graham crackers and frosting. They also reviewed soil layers with edible soil profiles.







Today our Lennox High School Civics students enjoyed the outdoors through civic engagement. Our students are learning about the importance of volunteerism and chose to better our community today by picking up litter.


Lots of offensive plays last Friday night by the Orioles.
