Good afternoon Lennox JH-HS Students, Parents and Guardians:
Daily Attendance
Please be sure to call the JH-HS office if your student will be late, needs to leave early or will be gone for the entire day due to illness, appointments, etc. Darci Granum – Attendance Secretary – 647-2203 (ext. 5001)
Free, online tutoring available for K-12 students. South Dakota students and families can access a new, online tutoring program, staffed by college students who are preparing to become teachers. The Dakota Dreams Online Tutoring Program offers FREE online tutoring to K-12 students across the state. One-on-one tutoring sessions can help students with their homework, tackle specific trouble areas, and address broader educational concepts. Please note: In order to access the service, parents or guardians must register their students, not the school.
HS Semester Tests
Semester Tests will take place from December 14 through 21. The 1st Semester ends on December 21.
Winter NWEA Testing
Students in grades 7-10 will be taking the Winter NWEA tests in December and January.
Junior Achievement – Excellence through Ethics Program
On December 7, all LHS Juniors will learn the importance of ethics and ethical decision making and how ethical and unethical choices affect everyone in a community.
STC Career Exploration Camp – For Sophomores – see flyer page 3
ACT Prep Classes
Session 7 will be on Sunday, November 27, from 1-5pm. Bring laptops, calculator, and pencils.
SD College Access Campaign (October 3rd – November 30th)
Senior Students’ application fees are waived during this period to any South Dakota College or Tech School.

Winter Formal will be on December 3rd from 8:00 - 11:00pm. Doors will open at 7:30. Sophomores are in charge of planning and decorating.
National Honor Society students will be going to the nursing home in Marion on Wednesday, November 30th. Students will leave at 12:45 and return at 3:25.
From the Tech Office – As Temperatures drop, please do not leave your laptops in your vehicles overnight!
